Callanwolde wine tasting

Did any of you guys go to the wine event at Callanwolde on friday night?

It was pretty fab. Black tie $75 - very good catered hor d'vours and they poured hundreds of wines. I tasted 7 malbecs alone and had around 5 grape varieties I'd never tasted. Strongly recommended for next year.

    for me, personally, this is what i am trying to avoid...the whole "wine is fancy" concept..i would go to this event, i suppose, if they allowed jeans and a tshirt. heheheh
